It's been a life-long dream to be a massage therapist – to take care of people when they themselves feel helpless in the face of pain, anxiety and stress. I finally realized that dream, having graduated in 2007 from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY. There is so much power in the element of touch, that it really is quite humbling.
My Philosophy: An integral part of my training was to understand my clients were not just bodies, but whole beings. I was taught to attend to and be aware of the mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic needs of my clients and how that might play into the pain and stress that my clients feel. So it is with this awareness that I attend to each person’s needs with compassion and exquisite caring. I contend that I have had the finest training possible and that has made all the difference.
My integrated style consists of elements of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trager, Shiatsu and Sports Massage, guaranteeing your body will receive the healing touch it needs.
